Qfour Capability Platform

The idea: the AI coach steers.

The Qfour Capability Platform connects coaching, AI coaches and learning content. What makes it special: the AI coach decides autonomously what helps next – a personal learning unit, a conversation with a coach, right away or by appointment. The platform is part of our trainings and programmes; you do not need to introduce any software.

Conversations with the AI coach, one’s own learning units, available coaches and the competence profile – all in one place. Confidential, in German or English.
02 · The conversation
The AI coach listens – and recognises where things are stuck
By chat or voice. During the conversation the AI coach already recognises which abilities the situation needs and where the gaps are – the skill profile builds up live.
03 · The learning unit
Created autonomously, 100 % personal
From the conversation the AI coach creates a micro learning unit exactly for this situation – with a reason why this one, and a concrete plan for daily work. No catalogue course.
04 · The human
When a person is needed: right away or by appointment
The AI coach recognises when a person is needed and suggests the right coach. If someone is available, it starts right away – otherwise an appointment is booked directly.
05 · On site
Also for on-site and hybrid training
In on-site or hybrid workshops, participants join with a training code. Before and after, the AI coach supports them – turning a workshop day into development over weeks.
06 · The impact
Visible to the person – and aggregated for you
The competence profile grows along. The company sees progress and impact of the group, aggregated in a privacy-compliant way – never individual conversations.

Questions

Data protection and control.

Are the AI coaches GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Voice processing runs on European servers (ElevenLabs, DPA under Art. 28 GDPR), no user profiles are created, and conversations only start after active consent. Details are in our privacy policy and AI transparency statement.

Will we learn what individual employees discuss?

No. Conversations with coaches and AI coaches stay confidential. You receive aggregated results and the progress of the group.

Does the AI make decisions about employees?

No. Our AI systems make no automated decisions with legal effect – they support learning and reflection. Statements by AI coaches do not replace personal advice.

Do we have to introduce software?

No. The platform is part of our trainings and programmes. Your people receive personal access and can start immediately.
